Physical Packages typically ship within 24-48 hours. If you're ordering over a weekend, your order will ship the following Monday. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your package within 7 days for US orders, and 7-14 days for International orders.
You will receive an email from us with your tracking number once your package has been shipped. (NOTE: All U.S. orders are shipped with a tracking number. Most International orders are also shipped with a tracking number. If you are outside the U.S. and don’t receive a tracking number, it’s because our shipper didn’t have the ability to give you one.)

The LIVE Q&A normally take place on the second Tuesday of each month. You will receive an email reminder along with the time and links to access the Q&A a few days before each one happens. Every Q&A is recorded and added to the SQUARE ONE membership site so you can watch if you miss one - or if you want to watch again. :)
